Vinification and ageing
Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 48% of which are new (58% French oak and 42% American oak), as well as 52% second and third-fill barrels.
The blend: Cabernet Sauvignon (94%);Cabernet Franc (3%);Merlot (2%); Malbec (1%).
Nose : The expressive nose reveals a rich aromatic palette. Characteristic notes of violets, black fruits and tobacco mingle harmoniously with fragrances of spices, pastry, dried earth and aromatic herbs.
Palate : The ample and generous palate seduces with its fruity (black cherry, blackberry, black plum) spicy and vanilla aromas. This wine harmoniously blends precision, concentration and structure with a rare liveliness, freshness and finesse.
