Tasting notes : Fresh, spicy and chiseled nose. Ideal maturity mixing the scents of lime with ripe orchard fruits. The fruit is fresh and ripe, without anything exaggerated and a refreshing mineral side. Quite floral on the finish very balanced by a small saline touch and a certain sweetness
