Grape : 100% Chardonnay
The nose of this wine clearly reveals its young vintage with aromas of sweet citrus fruits like clementine and kumquat, as well as white stone fruits such as a perfectly ripe and juicy nectarine. But it wouldn't be a Chardonnay without its hints of white flowers, a blend of acacia and honeysuckle, delicately underscored by rich, pastry-like notes reminiscent of raisin bread and brioche.
On the palate, this wine is remarkable for its creaminess, a certain opulence, and a pronounced salinity. Its lemony aromas bring a lovely freshness, combined with subtle bitterness that enhances the mouthwatering sensation of fleur de sel. A beautiful persistence suggests this wine will age for 5 to 7 years.
